Informational use

If you use this website without providing us with any other data (for example, by e-mail), we collect only the technically necessary data that is automatically transmitted to our server, including:

IP address
date and time of the request
content of the request
access status / HTTP status code
browser type and version
operating system

This is technically necessary to present our website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Cookies and local storage

The public pages of this website do not use cookies and contain no analytics tools, advertising pixels or other third-party trackers.

Signing in to the partner area (/strefa-partnera/) sets one technically necessary session cookie, “jmpz”, which keeps you signed in. It lasts until you close the browser, and no longer than 8 hours; it contains no personal data in clear form and is not shared with third parties. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the restricted area); no consent is required for such a cookie.

Your choice in the cookie information bar is stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) under the key “jm-consent”; this is not a cookie and holds no personal data. You can change your choice via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer or by clearing the site data in your browser settings.

Contact by e-mail and telephone

If you write to contact@jm-ceiling.pl or call us, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your enquiry) solely to reply and to conduct the correspondence. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps at your request prior to a contract) or (f) (legitimate interest in answering an enquiry). The data is not shared with third parties; correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle it and thereafter for the period required by law.

Data transmission to processors

During processing we use service providers, in particular in the areas of IT, logistics, telecommunications and marketing. They process your data as commissioned processors on our behalf and are obliged to handle the data with care.

Storage time

We only process and store your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations to you or to comply with legal obligations. After the purpose of processing ceases, your data will be blocked or deleted. Where statutory retention obligations exist (e.g. commercial or tax law), we block or delete your data at the end of those periods.

Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data (see Articles 15-21 GDPR):

right of access to your data,
right to rectification and completion,
right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
right to restriction of processing,
right to data portability,
right to object to processing,
right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you believe that the processing of your data infringes the law.
